Chili Sausage Supper
Quick and hearty, this one pan stove top creation will warm away the winter blues.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 (14.5 oz) can OUR FAMILY Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp chili powder
Directions:
- In large skillet cook and stir meat, onion and green pepper until sausage is brown and onion is tender; drain.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer 3-5 minutes.
Serves 4-6

- Simple spinach salad
- Fresh seasonal fruit
